It’s June!

It’s June now, so let’s run through all the good things that come with June. I don’t know if I’ll do this at the start of each blog month. We’ll see.

Sims 3 The third numbered game in the “The Sims” series is due out this month, with all new great stuff, and much more flexibility than the last game. I’ll certainly be playing this to death.

iPhone 3.0
3.0 beta is already out to those with jail broken phones or app developers, but for the rest of the iPhone users, 3.0 and all the wonderful bits that come with it.

Week Off
These are rare to me now that I have to do management work, so weeks off are much more appreciated now. I’m going to kick back and do bugger all.

Driving
More driving lessons will surely come in this month, and now I feel I’m really moving along with them. Driving instructor is a great laugh too and finally…

Blogging
I’m amazed that I’ve managed to keep this blog going properly for a good month or so now, so you can expect more reviews, more generic crap about my life and maybe a few guest reviews.

I’ve been driving in my car

Well, not really my car, someone else’s car. Let me just clarify, I don’t know a whole lot about cars. Adding extra sub woofers or lowering your car so that you can’t pass over speed bumps without scratching it makes very little sense to me. Nonetheless, I still need to learn how to drive.

So that kind of explains whilst I’ve been driving another person’s car. Before this recent new slew of driving lessons, it had been about 6 months since I last drove. So, I managed to stall the car a total of four times while driving for an hour.

My second lesson was slightly better, managed to bay park it, swung around a difficult bend perfectly and my gear changes were excellent apparently. Just got to remember my POM (preparation, observation, movement-ation, easier to remember for me) and MSM (mirrors, signal, movement) for my lessons and start getting through some highway code learnings. My teacher is pretty sound, and I’ll be playing poker with him in a few weeks, which will be good. I’ll let you know how Friday’s lesson goes.
